About the position

The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for collaborating with the operations team to build and optimize quality reports, dashboards and scorecards to meet the business requirements. This resource will play a key role in contributing to development, implementation and establishment of standards and processes, and developing sustainable Business Intelligence solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the BI Lead for reporting needs.
  • Responsible for creating data pipeline and dashboards.
  • Performing data aggregation, derivation of fields, collation and description.
  • Creating data models and database design.
  • Design and develop BI solutions to meet the requirements.
  • Establish, document, implement and help socialize a set of technical standards and best practices for and end- to- end BI framework.

Job Specifications & Qualifications

  • Overall 3+ years of professional work experience in BI & complex data analysis.
  • Good with SQL Skills, Report and Dashboard Design.
  • Good in T-SQL queries, able to write complex queries.
  • Good hands on experience on joins, Query performance tuning skills.
  • Worked on any of the visualization tools like Tableau / Qlikview / Power-BI /Looker.
  • Knowledge to do aggregations, grouping, data quality tasks in data set.
  • Should have worked with different types of data sources.
  • Experience in creating interactive dashboards and campaign performance reports using visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, powerBI.
  • Ability to understand and interpret email marketing and digital marketing complex and large sets of data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage digital marketing data logistics – including data transfers, understanding data structures, building reports, dashboards to enable project execution.
  • Define measurement frameworks and KPIs for marketing personalization and growth initiatives, prototype and build data visualization dashboards and reports.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
