  • The Business Analyst will join Continuum Global and own a variety of tasks related to marketing and product functions such as data analysis and reporting, dashboard creation, supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and analytics support for any new business initiatives This is an exciting, high-visibility role for the right individual. We are seeking a collaborative individual with great presentation skills, strategic insights and the ability to work across multiple channels, countries and cultures


  • Aid in the creation of the operating model, including diagrams, roles and responsibilities, and high-level process flows
  • Assist in creation of design and reporting templates (e
  • g, playbook document)
  • Generate transition documentation and planning between client and Continuum
  • Create technical process playbook
  • Support migration activities
  • Ramp up support for new campaigns and ongoing campaign changes
  • Report on weekly/monthly operational metrics
  • Consult on email and program best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing and product team in providing analysis that supports their ongoing efforts which include: paid digital marketing campaign optimization, recurring reporting (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and A/B testing
  • Design, develop, and launch new reports and dashboards according to stakeholder requirements
  • Support ad hoc requests for data analysis from external stakeholders in finance, strategy and product
  • Draw out key business insights and provide actionable recommendations


  • An understanding of digital marketing KPIs on Adwords and Facebook in particular
  • Ability to develop and contribute to process and systems improvements, adaptable to working in a fast paced startup atmosphere and a cloud-based environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
  • Naturally inquisitive and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment who is not afraid to get their hands dirty


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technical discipline preferred
  • At least 3 - 5 years of data analyst experience with an emphasis in digital marketing
  • Analytics software experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, Tableau, SQL
  • Advanced in MS-Excel (vlookup, pivot table, sumif, filter, index match etc)
  • Strong data analysis skills, superior Excel skills, and SQL knowledge
