POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Account Director will join Continuum Global to lead a team and manage an Account Group dedicated to one of our newest clients. The role directly reports into the VP of Operations and will be responsible for managing program requirements and leading the day to day operations globally along with the growth of the account and team. The selected individual will play a leadership role on the Continuum Global team. This is an exciting, high-visibility role for the right individual. We are seeking a collaborative leader with great presentation skills, strategic insights and the ability to work across multiple channels, countries and cultures

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead an Account Team supporting products with a global footprint
  • Leadership role on a team of 100 globally (and growing)
  • Manage day-to-day client operations – from requirement gathering through to ensuring flawless delivery across a variety of digital marketing channels
  • Plan new initiatives, innovations, program ideas, to drive growth for strategic product lines across
  • Success in this role will be defined by CSAT scores as well as growth/revenues from current and new lines of business

  • Strategic and operational leadership across a spectrum of marketing channels & technologies - with a focus on those listed above
  • Solid client facing presence - charismatic, engaging, lead a meeting with presence
  • Ability to build client confidence as well as command the respect of internal teams
  • Ability to span the spectrum of big picture strategic direction-setting, to having a good comprehension of the details of the business operations
  • Able to identify potential client challenges to create opportunities - have original thoughts/plans and drive initiatives on how we can pursue/support

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years’ experience in a marketing services organization – with strong emphasis on email marketing, data and analytics
  • Managing senior-level client relationships
  • Leading strategies for cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Growing and guiding teams
  • Experience with email, social media, direct mail, and mobile
  • Response attribution
  • Measurement and analytics skills
