  • The People Operations Manager at Continuum will be responsible for helping find, develop, motivate and retain our US and UK-based teams. This will involve forecasting requirements, driving recruitment of the best talent, onboarding new hires, coaching on team leadership, helping to resolve employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop staff. Since the team will be small initially, you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, optimizing processes, and wearing multiple hats - from that of a recruiter all the way to setting HR policy. You will be responsible for helping us build and support our exceptional team as well as scale and support the company as it grows. This position is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing us to build a unique and strong people- oriented culture at Continuum.


  • Self-motivated, and working independently with minimal supervision, you will collaborate with the executive team and team-leads to own and drive all human resources related activities
  • Manage, challenge and motivate a team of external Recruiters and internal HR support staff to deliver a complete HR capability that can scale as the company grows
  • Provide support and consultation on forecasting, recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, staff relations, and people development
  • Provide useful data to help guide decision-making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently
  • Provide leadership on people-related issues and policies across the company
  • Collaborate with Continuum’s HR team in India to exchange best practices and ensure alignment on messaging to staff
  • Be able to communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change


  • Highly skilled at creating and implementing scalable processes that create efficiency and effectiveness across the HR function and broader business/team Must be metric and process-driven while also flexible Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and always evolving startup environment


  • 5+ years of work experience in HR and project management - with emphasis on recruitment and team building
