  • As the Senior Director of Data and Analytics, your role will help our clients drive innovation and performance improvement in digital CRM, customer retention and acquisition marketing programs. Reporting to our Vice President, Operations, you will lead the practice as a revenue center, working with a cross-functional team of data, technology, and program management professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with major global brands in complex digital marketing mixes including: email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.


  • Build Data & Analytics Services Practice
  • Work with account teams to develop and offer data-driven solutions to clients across digital channels
  • Identify potential new clients and create opportunity/proposals with clients to provide additional services
  • Work with and lead our data analytics team in India to oversee requirements through output
  • Drive improvements in existing clients’ program performance
  • Analyze performance metrics across digital channels and create actionable data-driven insights into how to drive the best in class retention marketing programs
  • Develop effective relationships with key client contacts, taking lead on data and analytics-focused initiatives and communications
  • Create/propose the right marketing mix recommendations for clients based on client growth needs
  • Create/propose testing/measurement plans to clients to drive growth for key growth KPIs
  • Create and manage a training plan for account management/project management team to be able to make one off campaign insights and provide recommendations to clients
  • New (external) Business Development
  • Work with business development leadership team to understand prospect needs, help design operational and strategic solutions, and assist in the sales process
  • Create industry marketing studies using outside sources and Continuum’s POV on marketing landscape


  • Must have experience providing quantitative analysis and effectively presenting business findings and propose next steps to clients and leadership
  • Demonstrated capability for developing and understanding strategy from A/B testing to creating the right program marketing mix
  • Previous success supporting new business pitches
  • Ability to work across teams, build relationships and influence managers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to use data to effectively assess problems and approach solutions
  • Love to solve diverse puzzles and can create and effectively communicate their mental model for how to solve it
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and always evolving startup environment


  • Proven track record of leveraging statistical and analytical methodology and tools to solve business challenges
  • Solid understanding of major BI and analytics toolsets
  • 9+ years of work experience in various areas of digital marketing focused on retention marketing 4+ years of marketing strategy focusing on X-channel support with emphasis on data and analytics - in a marketing services company or agency
  • Ability to analyze complex marketing data sets across email, web, mobile, and other digital marketing channels/campaigns to create the right reports visually that tells a story
  • Experience with AWS, R and Python preferred
