POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Senior Project Manager for Digital Marketing (SPM) will work with Google at their office in London and report to our leadership team in Silicon Valley. The SPM will work collaboratively with a globally-distributed team responsible for managing marketing programs and campaigns from end-to-end. The ideal candidate has experience with large national/global brands, email marketing, data/analytics, marketing technologies and platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project manage and prioritize both B2B and B2C marketing programs in multiple channels (email, push, app, data, analytics, etc) ensuring flawless execution
  • Coordinate with and support globally-based client contacts and team members on marketing campaign setup, testing, QA, and delivery across multiple channels and marketing platforms
  • Own project proposals, project scoping, planning, financial management, invoicing and forecast monitoring for multiple channels/clients
  • Consult with client to provide creative and best practice recommendations against known KPIs
  • Develop client presentations and conduct client trainings
  • Identify client’s business needs to generate new business within existing relationships
  • Deliver and maintain client satisfaction to drive continued growth
  • Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 10% of the time
  • In addition, 3 weeks of initial onboarding and training in Mountain View CA

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members

  • Self-sufficient and self-motivated, able to deliver at a high level even when working remotely
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple fast-paced projects with competing timelines
  • High level of comfort in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment with a high aptitude for learning new platforms
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, successful, long-term client relationships
  • Numbers-driven with strong reporting and/or analytical skills to synthesize information for both technical and non-technical people

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in client services, account management, with a focus on email marketing, ideally on large national/global brands
  • Subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of email and in-app marketing
  • Proven ability to create and monitor KPIs and represent them graphically
  • Experience in working within a globally distributed team
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Basic HTML Skills
  • Must be authorized to live/work in the UK
