  • We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team, and drive our growth with leading marketers who are seeking to transform their marketing operations using data and technology


  • Enhance, develop and maintain the current prospect list
  • Develop assets to help drive communication to the prospect list (monthly outbound emails, sales decks, or research online for industry relevant articles/facts)
  • Develop, maintain, execute, and monitor communication plan (email, phone) to target leads and drive a first meeting with the appropriate prospective stakeholder
  • Manage the initial introductory calls with interested prospects, identify key pain points, and set up meeting with Continuum’s leadership team
  • Coordinate follow-up activities with internal stakeholders
  • Business Development/pre-Sales role: customer research, managing outbound communications (email, phone), qualification of prospects, need identification, setting up preliminary meeting with Continuum’s leadership team
  • Flexible – 100% remote
  • Works closely with leadership team (VP Operations, Head of Delivery, Data Lead)


  • Experience in managing outbound communications - by email, phone, video conference with prospects
  • Understanding of marketing services - specifically email marketing, ad tech, data & analytics, and marketing platforms
  • Good communicator - written and spoken
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision


  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience in an outbound customer facing role, example inside sales, business development, customer success, account management
  • Experience in media, marketing or advertising related fields will be an advantage
