Digital Analytics Lead
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Digital Analytics Lead, will manage and implement end-to-end digital analytics programs (tagging to insights) for the largest companies around the world. You will be responsible for defining tagging strategy, collecting data, building reports/dashboards and deriving insights to provide a holistic view of consumers’ digital behavior
Roles & Responsibility
Manage digital analytics project workflows from initial strategy sessions and requirements gathering through the client being operational on the platform (Primarily Google Analytics). Conduct tagging and report audit for our clients to identify any data gaps, recommend fixes and escalate high impact issues for resolution. Lead digital analytics tagging efforts including defining KPIs/data layers, creating business and technical requirement documents and implementing tags using Tag Manager. Perform UAT to ensure proper implementation of tags and alignment with measurement plans. Create dashboards to track KPIs, analyzing digital/multi-channel data, reporting findings and collaborate with clients on optimizing overall digital marketing and website/app performance. Manages reporting requests from start to finish (gathering requirements, pulling data, compiling reporting, making recommendations, preparing and delivering presentations to clients). Independently identify optimization opportunities on the site which increase conversion and enhance user experience. Build effective relationships with key client teams including marketing, analytics, engineering etc
Job Specifications & Qualifications
Advanced expertise in Web Analytic tools (Google Analytics 360/GA4 - Required, Adobe Analytics - Preferred) with ability to perform advanced segmentation and manage report configurations. Extensive knowledge in Tag Manage tools (Google Tag Manager - Required, Launch, Tealium etc) implementing tagging and debugging. Exceptional knowledge and experience in extracting digital data using big query. Deep understanding of 1st party and 3rd party data collection and limitations to optimize digital data collection. Hands on experience in data visualization (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc) and deck creation for optimal communication of data and insights. Experience in SQL report building and advanced queries. Overall 8+ years of professional work experience on complex digital analytics programs. Project Management experience with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks for solving complex business solutions. Strong verbal/written communication skills with client/leadership handling experience. Demonstrated knowledge as a subject matter expert with in depth knowledge of business intelligence and digital marketing best practices. Proven ability to create and monitor KPIs.
