Email Development- Associate Team Lead

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Email Development Associate Team Lead (ATL) will work with one of our global premier technology clients. The candidate is responsible for managing, designing, coding and implementing the web based user interfaces. The Associate Team Lead is responsible for owning the design and development of dynamic emails, landing pages, and other digital assets. Collaborate with the cross functional teams, managing strategic design and creating differentiated customer experience with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills The ideal candidate must be able to manage project scope, and schedules and must have a demonstrated ability to anticipate problems and to find resolutions. The ideal candidate must be able to understand and articulate business requirements as conveyed by clients and be able to execute large projects independently

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE

  • Develop email campaigns from PSD/Sketch as per the client specifications
  • Designing HTML templates to handle email campaign launches
  • Maintain, expand and scale Continuum Global website
  • Keep upto date with the emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into the daily operations
  •  Make strategic design and user-experience decisions
  • Develop & maintain a best in class user experience through A/B testing and data-guided design
  • Coach and mentor new resources in the team

  • Experience in website development and hosting
  • Adept with email coding and it's best practices

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript or Jquery
  •  Experience in responsive website design or email development
  •  Must have coding experience for conditional logics in any programming language
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capable of working on multiple projects and related complexities at the same time
  •  Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
