Platform & Onboarding Architect


Continuum is seeking a Platform & Onboarding Architect with a proven track record of implementing third party email platforms and setting up account team work flows. The person will be a strategic thought leader and support new clients and programs in partnership with the account team. This person will be the first point of contact when a new client comes onboard. The ideal candidate would have experience working at an Email Service Provider (ESP) supporting product management, new client onboarding, and implementation


  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • New client onboarding/migration between Email Service Providers (ESPs)
  • Solutions architecture/implementation for platform integration for third party platforms (Adobe Campaign Manager, Acoustic, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc)
  • Supporting customers and internal teams from onboarding and training through to long-term email campaign deployment
  • Creation of the operating model, including diagrams, roles and responsibilities, and process flows
  • Creation of design and reporting templates to measure success Transition documentation
  • Lead pilots, ensuring a seamless hand-off to ongoing operations teams

  • 7+ years of related industry experience in technology and process consulting in a customer facing capacity
  • Hands on experience with ESP platform implementation for Acoustic, Adobe Campaign Manager, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc
  • Experience setting up push, email, in app messaging campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functional teams globally, work experience with India is a plus
  • Analytics software experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, Tableau, SQL preferred
