As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you’ll be supporting some the world’s leading technology brands. We work with client contacts globally in 40 countries.   • Lead a team to ensure flawless campaign execution, as well as identifying opportunities for future improvements by creating processes that drive scaling and efficiency
  • Collaborate with and support globally-based production team members on marketing campaign setup, testing, and delivery across multiple digital channels
  • Scope upcoming programs and digital marketing campaigns, create accurate budget estimates, resource forecasting, and invoicing
  • Play a key role in building and maintaining client/partnership relationships
  • Share responsibility for new client acquisition/onboarding and existing client retention/growth by creating/maintaining relationships and managing globally-based accounts in EMEA, APAC, and NA Lead strategic planning initiatives for B2B and B2C marketing program development, results analysis and recommendations
  • Ability to scope, design, and execute special or large projects with no supervision while proactively identifying client risks and/or opportunities
  • Create and lead presentations on campaign performance analysis, new program recommendations, and industry insights
  • Identify and drive opportunities for channel expansion, follow up on new digital channels to support

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in client services, account management, or digital agency with a focus on email marketing
  • Hands on experience working with and leading offshore or remote team members
  • Experience compiling content and leading formal presentations to clients regarding industry best practices and/or campaign results and recommendations
