Brand Communication Specialist -US


We are seeking a Brand Communication Specialist to work on one of our global clients, Google, to plan, coordinate and manage one of their main brand messaging programs. This is a high-visibility growth role with the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies on a large global program with high reach and impact. On behalf of Continuum, you will act as an extension of the client team and be a brand and policy ambassador across various teams at Google. You will be required to work closely with senior management at Google - both strategically and operationally. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, and will work with Continuum’s globally distributed team of amazing industry-leading professionals, providing seamless process and policy management as well as platform feature management and training. Roles & Responsibility

  • Partnering with, and becoming a trusted advisor to Google's product and country marketing managers, helping to boost their brand reputation by advising on best practices and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines for the program
  • Contributing to global brand narratives to promote Google's reach and strengthen consumer awareness and trust
  • Liaising with and coordinating the program schedule with Continuum’s team of project managers, data analysts and technologists, to manage thousands of global promotions per year
  • Creating a regular cadence for communication to Country Marketing Managers and Product Marketing Managers
  • Identifying new ways to improve communication and policy knowledge gaps across Google marketing teams
  • Partnering with marketing managers and vendor teams to improve Google's brand tool sets
  • While the position can be remote, it will require regular in-person meetings in Mountain View, California

Job Specifications & Qualifications

  • A senior client management role in a PR or brand communications agency with experience in tech/media working with global multi-country operations
  • Experience compiling content and leading formal presentations to leadership teams regarding industry best practices, program results and recommendations as well as internal training
  • Direct experience working with and leading a globally distributed team
