ContinuumGlobal takes your privacy seriously, and is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. This policy (the "Privacy Policy") governs the collection and use of personally identifiable information ("PII") that ContinuumGlobal collects and receives via any ContinuumGlobal website, or any other online or offline method. ContinuumGlobal may transfer PII and other information, to the United States and/or other countries, for storage, processing and use by ContinuumGlobal and its affiliates.

ContinuumGlobal has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your PII. Any employees or consultants that are given access to your PII are subject to a confidentiality agreement as protective of your rights as this Privacy Policy.

ContinuumGlobal does not sell, rent, license or share PII with non-affiliated companies or individuals except in the following cases:

when we have your permission;
when we use contracted partners, with an obligation to protect the confidentiality of any PII disclosed to them, to provide certain services;
to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other valid legal process; including defending against or prosecuting legal claims;

to resolve customer disputes.

You can request ContinuumGlobal that delete your PII by giving ContinuumGlobal notice at the email address delete@ContinuumGlobal.com However, if you, or your company, are using any ContinuumGlobal products and services, such request will not be honored during the term of any such use.

ContinuumGlobal may amend this privacy policy at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice to you. In the event of any material changes to the privacy policy, ContinuumGlobal will give you notice, at your email address, of the changes and offer you an opportunity to opt-out of the new policy by deleting your PII. Your use of the ContinuumGlobal website, or any ContinuumGlobal products or services, is deemed to be your consent to the terms of this privacy policy, the ContinuumGlobal Terms of Service ("CTOS") and to be given legal notice solely by email.
