Michelle has more than 16 years experience in CRM, strategic planning marketing and communications.
Michelle was most recently Global Brand Director on Yahoo! for Euro RSCG Worldwide. She led the expansion of the Yahoo business in 13 countries in Europe, Canada, Asia and South America. In addition Michelle led the US development of the interactive services for Yahoo!, particularly in the premium service area.Prior to her move to the US, Michelle was the
Head of Marketing Services for Euro RSCG in North Asia based in Hong Kong

Before that she was Vice President Rapp Collins Asia where she worked on leading Asia Pacific clients like HSBC,
Hongkong Telecom, Mercedes Benz, China.com, etc.

Prior to that she was the General Manager of JWT Direct, Taiwan.

In addition to her international marketing expertise, Michelle has extensive experience in CRM. Her client experience includes such notable brands as Yahoo!, Intel, Philips, ANZ Bank (Australia), Nissan, Ford, Citibank and HSBC Bank.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, Melbourne and has been a regular speaker and judge at various international Direct Marketing conferences.

Michelle lives in San Francisco.
